Using a secure web interface that has been especially developed by OASIS for this purpose, you can consult your archive records anywhere, at any time, track and trace their movements, and request specific records. Using search engines you can easily retrieve your records and subsequently have them physically or digitally delivered to you, depending on your preferences.
If you only need the information and not the physical record, you may choose the module “scanning on demand”. In this module you can consult a digital copy of your archive record or have it securely forwarded to you. Moreover, the digital version remains available for consultation, also making this a cost-efficient method of gradually creating a digital archive. Instead of digitising large parts of the archive, you only incur the costs of digitisation when you actually need a certain archive record.
The same web platform allows you to order archive materials, to arrange for transportation and to determine through “user management” who in your organisation has access to which archive records.
