On 6 November 2014, Cintas Document Management in The Netherlands and Belgium were acquired by OASIS. Due to this take-over, Cintas Document Management in The Netherlands and Belgium will change their name to OASIS as of 14 January 2015.

Through to this take-over, OASIS has expanded its operational territory of Northern Ireland, Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland to the new markets of Belgium and The Netherlands.
